Engaging in safe and appropriate exercises during pregnancy supports your cardiovascular health, strengthens your muscles, and improves your endurance, preparing your body for labor and postpartum recovery. ✨Walking - it’s the best way to improve energy, endurance and balance 

✨Wide Leg Child’s Pose - with pillows under your belly and head to support comfort - a great posture for taking pressure off your back, lengthening the inner thigh muscles and relaxing 

✨ Modified Pigeon in a Chair( figure 4 in a chair) - sitting on the edge of a firm surface, cross an ankle over the opposite knee, with shoulders loose and low and chin tucked, slump forward onto the leg/ knee that is crossed, let tension go in shoulders and allow your weight to create stretch in hips and back ( do this to both sides and allow the stretch to work slowly at your pace of release - this a great way to decrease lower back pain  and up the spine of body is relaxed, it allows the hips and flutes to gently release tension to allow better circulation
