Stretch Therapy Sessions
Range of motion is limited when we have 'congested' areas due to past or present injures or overuse ( also habitual movements) . Stretch Therapy is designed to open pathways in the body so circulation can move in and pain and release can float on in ! Stretching is something we all know we should do and seem to put it into motion only after we have an issue. Deep stretching movements can be done assisted or alone, but it is always advised to make sure you are doing them safely and correct.
These sessions aim to teach you how to effectively stretch and allows the therapist to go deeper and reach areas that need assistance. Slow, methodical movements bring great and lasting results.
