Seeded watermelon

Fresh pineapple

( cut the melon and pineapple; bag for a week of using ) I freeze some of mine

1/2 cut lime

1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries

Add filtered water for a smooth blend and blend really well


This sets the gut into go mode and lightens your body to start refreshed.
